Wonderfully situated for anyone wishing to tour Scotland by public transport, with its excellent rail and bus links, this central position is also ideal for those wishing to tour Scotland by car or bicycle. Those wanting to do some ‘island hopping’ are also perfectly located as Oban is the main West Coast ferry port to the islands.
The chalet is within easy walking distance of all the facilities of the town centre – entertainments, restaurants, shops and sports facilities and at the same time is perfectly placed for spending time on beaches, walking or relaxing. You will find everything you require here for a comfortable and relaxed holiday. Spoil yourself with a lovely meal in a fish restaurant, experience a Scottish ceilidh, sample the local whisky or watch the sun set over the islands from McCaig’s tower high above the bay.
