All on first floor: Open plan living room with dining area and fitted kitchen. Bathroom  with electric shower over bath. Utility area. Two bedrooms, each with a king size double bed (twin beds can be provided in both rooms, by prior arrangement).

Heating: Electric storage heating and electric convector heaters. Mostly double glazed. All electricity included in rental.

Linen: Duvets, duvet covers, bed linen, towels and teatowels included in rental. Electric blankets on all beds.
