All on ground floor: Open plan living room and kitchen area built round a central fireplace, with dining table and patio sliding windows to patio and garden. Modern fitted kitchen area. One double bedded room. One twin bedded room and one single bedded room. Bathroom with toilet and electric shower over bath.
An area of the original mill building in the garden has been set aside for your own use as a games room and drying area for wet wellies, boots, sailing gear, etc.

Heating: Off-peak electric storage heaters, electric convector heaters and central heating off multi-fuel stove. All electricity by meter reading. Starter fuel supplied for stove. Further fuel available locally.

Linen: Duvets, duvet covers, bed linen, towels and teatowels included. Double glazed throughout and well insulated.
