Ground floor: Living room with open fire, fully fitted kitchen and dining table. One double bedded room with en-suite power-shower room. A second double bedded room. Bathroom with power shower over bath.
Upstairs: One twin bedded room. Games room. Upstairs rooms have coombe ceilings.
Heating: Electric off-peak storage heaters and electric convector heaters. All electricity included in rental May to September inclusive, otherwise £20 per week. Starter pack provided for open fire, further fuel available locally. Double glazed throughout and well insulated.
Linen: All duvets, duvet covers, bed linen, towels and teatowels included in rental.
