Property DescriptionTucked away on its own well off the public road, accessible by a little wooden footbridge crossing the burn, this single storey building of wooden construction with its red tin roof would give those romantics amongst us a memory of carefree country holidays in times past, ‘guddling’ in the burn and strolling across open hillsides and picturesque glens.

A perfect spot to relax and escape the pressures of a busy life, this area will also appeal to the more energetic who enjoy hillwalking and ‘Munro’ bagging. There are 21 of these mountains over 3,000ft high within a radius of fifteen miles as well as opportunities to go mountain biking, horse riding, stalking, fishing, shooting — even to learn hang gliding.
For golfers, the highest golf course (9 hole) in Britain is nearby and skiers and snow boarders are within 15 minutes drive from the ski centre with 26 uplifts, nursery areas and excellent instruction.
Those wishing to tour will find Braemar and Royal Deeside within easy travelling distance while Pitlochry with its excellent theatre is also not far away across the hills. Will one week be long enough?

Electricity on £1 coin meter and off-peak electricity charged by meter reading. From Nov 2009 onwards, all electricity charged by meter readings (first £20 of electricity included in rental per week).

Access is by an unsurfaced track, suitable for most saloon cars.
